Previously, users’ top 5 favorite category information was calculated, and if no category-specific suggestions were found, the fallback algorithm was activated for the category-specific category. The fallback algorithm is not going to run for a top category that can no longer be found anymore. In the user-specific categories, the categories with at least one active product are kept in the system as top 5.
